Challenging Behaviours Awareness Training

Course Overview:

This half-day training course helps staff understand the causes and triggers of challenging behaviours and offers strategies for de-escalation. It is suitable for care workers, teachers, support staff, and anyone in roles involving vulnerable people. By improving staff responses, it reduces the risk of conflict, protects staff wellbeing, and promotes a safer, more positive environment for service users and colleagues.
