This half-day training course introduces staff to the key characteristics of autism, including how it affects communication, behaviour, and social interaction. It is suitable for anyone working with or supporting autistic individuals in care, education, or customer-facing roles. By increasing awareness, staff will be better equipped to create inclusive environments, reduce misunderstandings, and promote equality, which benefits both individuals and the organisation’s commitment to inclusive practice.
