Child Sexual Exploitation Awareness

The Child Sexual Exploitation Awareness course is designed to help learners understand what CSE is, how it happens, and the serious impact it can have on children and young people. The training explores common signs and indicators of exploitation, the grooming process, and the methods perpetrators use to control and manipulate victims. It also highlights safeguarding responsibilities, relevant legislation, and reporting procedures to ensure that concerns are acted upon quickly and effectively. By raising awareness, this course equips staff and volunteers with the confidence to recognise risks, protect vulnerable individuals, and contribute to creating safer environments for children and young people.
