The Manual Handling of Inanimate Objects course provides participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and move objects in the workplace. The training highlights the risks of poor manual handling, the impact on health (including musculoskeletal disorders), and how to apply safe techniques to reduce the risk of injury. Participants will learn to recognise hazardous manual handling tasks and apply correct methods in line with legislation and workplace best practice.
